QUICK START SET UP GUIDE

Your
first visit to BiologyNow 1. Go to the homepage for BiologyNow
by visiting http://biology.brookscole.com/starr6 and clicking the
BiologyNow button or going directly to http://biologynow.brookscole.com
2. Click the Register button.
You will be asked to enter an access code and a username.
Access code cards are bound into new books; to buy a new code, visit the URL
above. 3. If you are registering BiologyNow
to a username you have used with another Thomson Learning product, entering
your password will complete registration. If you are registering for
the first time, you will be asked to choose a password and enter
contact information. 4. Upon submission, your registration
will be complete. Clicking the link will take you back to the homepage for
BiologyNow. 5. Visit Quick Start Set Up Guide and make sure your computer meets the system
requirements (at right). 6.
Follow the instructions for Second and Later visits. |
Second
and Later Visits 1. Go to the homepage for
BiologyNow (URLs at left). 2. Click the Login button. You
will be asked to enter a username and password. 3. That’s it! |

animations are linked to on the Student CD—you will be prompted to insert
your CD and install QuickTime if you don’t have it (installers on CD or at www.quicktime.com. You
will also need to download an executable from this page and
