To use the interactive exercises on this page, you need the software listed below. If you have not already installed the software, download all of the files to your desktop, run the installation programs, and restart your browser.

Java

The Chemland Simulations require the use of a Java plugin. For Windows, download and install the Sun Java Plugin. For Macs, download and install the MRJ Plugin and the latest version of Mac OS Runtime for Java (MRJ).

NOTE: You must have Java and JavaScript enabled in your browser. In Netscape, choose "Preferences" (in the "Edit" menu), choose "Advanced," and make sure both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" are checked.
